Our Coach Upskilling Service is designed to support the ongoing development of coaches working with squad-based trampoline programs, by offering expert mentorship and guidance from our own team of High-Performance coaches.

This service provides trampoline coaches, whether emerging or experienced—with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to elevate their practice. Delivered within the dynamic and elite environment of Peaks Academy, our upskilling program focuses on refining technical understanding, advancing coaching methods, and building confidence in program planning and athlete development.

Through a combination of practical workshops, live coaching feedback, technical analysis, and one-on-one mentoring, coaches will gain invaluable insight into how to nurture talent, manage progression, and deliver effective, high-quality sessions. Our team shares proven strategies aligned with both national and international trampoline standards, ensuring coaches leave equipped to meet the evolving demands of the sport.
