We’re incredibly proud to share that Peaks Academy of Trampolines Ltd has been crowned Sheffield Wednesday’s local winner of the ‘Behind the Badge’ competition, a nationwide campaign run by Sage, the Official Partner of the EFL.

The ‘Behind the Badge’ initiative celebrates small and mid-sized businesses that play a vital role in supporting their local communities, and to be recognised alongside Sheffield Wednesday Football Club makes this achievement especially meaningful to us.

The award forms part of Sage’s newly announced partnership with the EFL, which is dedicated to championing the businesses that work tirelessly behind the scenes to help communities thrive. Earlier this year, Sage invited fans across all EFL clubs to nominate local businesses that make a real difference, from cafés and barbers to tradespeople and community organisations. We’re honoured to have been selected from such an inspiring group of businesses nationwide.

At Peaks Academy of Trampoline, we deliver trampoline sessions for children and young people across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. To date, we’ve introduced over 2,500 children to the sport, helping them stay active while building confidence, discipline and a sense of belonging. Everything we do is rooted in community, from grassroots participation to supporting families and young athletes on their journey.

Sally Moore, Global Head of Sponsorship at Sage, recognised our work by saying that we stood out for our unwavering support of the local football community in and around Sheffield, words that mean a great deal to our entire team.
