Key Stage 1 and 2

Providing tailored sessions for every groups needs and abilities.

What We Offer:

Our trampoline program is designed to provide Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children with a fun, safe, and structured 5-6 week course that focuses on building coordination, confidence, and essential physical skills. Specifically tailored for younger students, this engaging program is carefully crafted to introduce age-appropriate techniques in a supportive and enjoyable environment, offering a unique and dynamic addition to their physical education curriculum.

Each weekly session is led by highly qualified and experienced instructors who understand the developmental needs of young children and prioritize safety in every activity. Starting with basic bouncing and foundational body movements, students are gradually introduced to skills such as safe landing techniques, controlled jumps, and balance exercises. By progressing through these fundamental techniques, children develop their agility, body awareness, and balance, skills that will support them in a wide range of physical activities beyond trampolining.

Throughout the program, children are encouraged to try new skills at their own pace, allowing them to build confidence in their physical abilities as they successfully accomplish each movement. The sessions are designed to be progressive yet adaptable, meaning children can advance to more challenging moves as they feel ready, helping them experience a sense of achievement with each skill mastered. This approach fosters a positive relationship with physical activity and motivates children to continue exploring and enjoying movement as part of a healthy, active lifestyle.

In addition to enhancing physical skills, the program promotes social and emotional development. Children learn to listen, follow instructions, and respect boundaries, all while supporting one another in a group setting. The interactive nature of the sessions encourages teamwork, cooperation, and mutual encouragement, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. These experiences build confidence not only in their physical abilities but also in their social skills, helping children feel more engaged and confident within the wider PE curriculum.

By the end of the course, students have not only acquired a new set of physical skills but also developed greater resilience, patience, and focus. This trampoline program serves as an invaluable addition to their education, inspiring a love for movement and activity that will support their overall growth and well-being. Whether it’s learning to land safely or celebrating their first controlled jump, children leave the course with a sense of accomplishment, enhanced physical literacy, and a foundation of skills that will benefit them in all aspects of their physical education journey.
